► Pertex Quantum® is a very light fabric. It is a real featherweight with at 30 g/m2. It uses the thinnest possible thread and highest number of strands. Being lighter doesn't mean it's more delicate. Pertex Quantum® proves this by having the best strength to weight ratio. The resistance to tear and extreme use, as well as the strength of the seams, is very good considering the strength of the material. The dense Pertex Quantum® fabric also makes it resistant to feathers. It can be used in several high-end products such as sleeping bags, down jackets, and materials for expeditions.

► The recycled down comes from used bedding and clothing, which have reached the end of their useful life. Normally, the down and feather filling has a longer useful life than the finished products. Therefore we can extract the feather and down from these products. The down is classified and processed to meet cleanliness standards and other performance requirements. The NEOKDUN recycled down must be subjected to an innovative process in order to ensure full cleanliness and better performance as a filling for our products. The process is environmentally friendly and does not use harmful chemicals.

► microshell technical fabric is technologically developed based on ultra-fine synthetic microfibers, which makes it a lightweight, highly breathable and windproof fabric. It contains a PFC-free (free of fluorocarbons) water repellent treatment. It is also downproof and fiberproof.

► Pertex Quantum® est un tissu très léger. C’est un véritable poids plume d’environ 30g/m2. Le fil le plus fin possible est employé avec le plus grand nombre de brins. Mais léger ne veut pas dire délicat. Pertex Quantum® fournit le meilleur rapport résistance-poids. La résistance aux déchirements et à l’usage externe, ainsi que la robustesse des coutures sont optimales par rapport au poids du matériel. La densité du tissu Pertex Quantum® lui permet également d’être résistant aux plumes. Son application est variée, notamment en ce qui concerne les produits hauts de gamme : sacs de couchage, doudounes et matériel destiné aux expéditions.

► Le duvet recyclé provient de linge de lit et de vêtements déjà utilisés ayant atteint la fin de leur vie utile. Normalement, le rembourrage de plume et de duvet présente une vie utile plus longue que celle des produits finis. Par conséquent, le rembourrage de plumes et de duvet est extrait de ces produits. Le duvet est classé et traité pour remplir les standards d’hygiène et autres conditions de rendement. Le duvet et les plumes recyclés NEOKDUN doivent subir un processus innovateur pour obtenir le degré maximum de propreté et de rendement pour être employés comme rembourrage dans des produits terminés. Le procédé respecte l’environnement et n’utilise pas de produits chimiques nuisibles.

► Le tissu technique microshell est développé technologiquement avec des microfibres synthétiques ultra fines. Tissu ultra léger, très respirant et coupe-vent. Il contient un traitement imperméable sans PFC (fluorocarbones). Il est également résistant à la plume et aux rembourrages de fibre.
